In 2021/22, we bought a unique plot of land on Lake Radun with an area of 20,000 m2 in the direct vicinity of the well-known 18-hole PGA golf course Modry Las. Because this natural landscape has a good stock of old mighty oaks, we named it Oak Gardens. We have divided the property into 16 plots, each with direct access to the lake. Thanks to the south-west orientation, all plots benefit from an uninterrupted sunny aspect all day long.
