In 2021, we had the rare opportunity to acquire a unique plot on the idyllic Lake Radun, directly adjacent to the renowned 18-hole PGA golf course Modry Las. On an area of around 20,000 m², an exclusive project was created, which we named Oak Gardens – in honor of the valuable stock of majestic old oak trees.
The site was divided into 16 spacious plots – each with unobstructed views of the lake and direct access to the water. Thanks to their southwest orientation, all plots enjoy beautiful sunshine throughout the day.
