All the investments we have made in and around the house are included in the sale price!
Around the house: The 2 car parks and the access to the house are paved with paving stones. The path lighting to the house is installed and in operation. The covered terrace and the walkways around the house are paved with 80 m2 of high-quality IPE wood. The exterior lighting around the house is installed and operational, as is the alarm system.
Inside the house: All ceilings and walls are painted white. All switches and sockets are installed. We have had an easy-care, scratch-resistant and durable wood-look Vynil floor laid on all the interior floors. We had white ceramic tiles laid as the floor covering for the 3 wet rooms. 3 Geberit toilets were installed and put into operation. All the room doors have been installed. A balustrade on the balcony set into the roof and a balustrade on the first floor have been installed. All roller shutters have been installed and tested.
The buyer still has to install the kitchen and fit out the two bathrooms at his own expense.
